UnlimitedTs stands behind our products and service; however, if you are not satisfied with your order, simply contact Customer Care within 7 days of delivery to begin the replacement/refund process.
We require that all items that need replacement be returned for inspection to determine the need for replacement/refund. Refunds are not an automatic process and subject to review.
Because invoices and proofs are sent to all customers prior to printing and both must be approved prior to production, it is rare that an error is sent through the system. By approving the order invoice and proof specifications, the customer accepts responsibility for any errors. Once final customer approval is received, UnlimitedTs is no longer responsible for the following:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options or information such as product type, sizes or quantities.
